Can I delete or modify a review that I have received?
Yes, you can request to have a review removed or modified if it doesn’t comply with our Review Policy.
Important:
Before contacting us, please review the policy to make sure the opinion actually violates any of the conditions.

Keep in mind that reviews in which the walker shares their personal feeling or opinion about the tour are generally not removed.
If that’s the case, fill out our form explaining the situation. Our team will review your case and, after evaluation, will inform you as soon as possible whether the review will be removed or not, along with the reasons.

Please note that reviews are linked to your profile, so even if you delete the tour that generated the review, it will still appear on your profile.
