Questions About Your Commissions?

If you have questions about how your commission is calculated or you don’t see a sale reflected, here’s how to verify it and the steps to follow.
  1. Check your Affiliate Dashboard: In your dashboard you’ll find key figures to help you understand your earnings.
    1. Accrued balance this month: the commissions generated during the current month. Note that this figure may change if a traveller does not attend the tour and the guide reports it within 72 hours after the tour.
    2. Uninvoiced balance: the amount that has not yet been invoiced. To receive your payout, you need to send us your invoice. This balance is updated each month when the payout is processed on the 15th.
    3. Travellers awaiting the tour: bookings made with your affiliate link where the tour has not yet taken place.
    4. Total earnings: the sum of commissions to date, including both the accrued balance and the uninvoiced balance.

  2. Verify confirmed bookings: In the “Latest bookings” section, you can filter by confirmed, pending and paid. Make sure the bookings are confirmed and that the corresponding payouts have been processed.

  3. Commissions under €50: If your balance is under €50, commissions will roll over until you exceed that amount. Only then will you receive the payout.

  4. Issues with commissions: If after reviewing the dashboard you still have questions about a commission, it may be that a booking has not yet been confirmed or that the balance is pending invoicing. We recommend checking the booking date and its current status.
