Events without an assigned schedule (Orphan Events 🥲)
If you change the schedule of one of your events, you'll have to check if you have any bookings at those times. These bookings won't be automatically transferred to the new schedule, therefore you'll get an alert to let you know that you need to manage them.
This is how the alert will show in your Bookings Section:
And this is how you'll see it in your Calendar:
If you want to keep those bookings at the old timetable, you won't need to do anything.
If you want to move them to the new schedule, you will have to do it manually:
The current event will be automathically blocked from receiving further bookings. A notification ad an email will be sent to all walkers about this change.
