How are the reviews and rating of tours displayed?

Info

From now on, your reviews and grades will be displayed by language, to show more real information about the quality of your tour.

Why are they now displayed by language?

The idea is that the walker has a more realistic view of the quality of the tour.
As you can see in the picture below, both the quality and quantity of reviews are now displayed based on the language used by the walker to navigate GuruWalk.

Info
You are aware ofthatto improve the performance of our page,There may be a small delay in updating grades, in the language-shaped part (see purple box in the image below).

Have any of my reviews gone?

No reviews have disappeared. They are simply displayed by language.
Following this example, the tour would earlier show a total of 2456 reviews. Now we can see them broken down by language.

Info
REMEMEMBER: If you have deleted a language or closed a tour, those reviews will only be visible in your profile, as part of your total reviews.

What influences now?

1. The language in which the walker navigates:
As you have seen in the example, if the user navigates in Spanish, they will see the number of reviews and rating of the tour in Spanish.
Once on the tour tab, together with availability and schedules, you will also see the breakdown of grades in the other languages in which the tour is offered (including for example languages in which GuruW).

2.- If you offered the tour in several languages and now not:
If you have long been offered the tour in other languages and they accumulated reviews reviews, these will no longer be displayed inside the tour card, but they will be taken into account within your profile, where your total reviews are displayed. Please note that if you re-submit the tour in the languages you have deleted, these reviews will be seen again, both on the tour list and on the tour card.

3.- If the walker sails within GuruWalk in a language you do not offer:
If the walker sails for example in German and your tour is only in Spanish and English, the default language will be English and the walker will therefore see the qualification and reviews of your tour in English.
If your tour is only available in a language that does not correspond to any of those that GuruWalk offers to translate the page (Dutch, as in the example below), the reviews and ratings of your tour will be the same. GuruWalk.
