How can I contact my guide/guru?
If you have any questions about the tour you have booked or want to book, want to confirm your attendance, or simply want to ask the guide a question, it is very easy to contact your guide (guru)✍️
OPTION 1: IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BOOKING YET
On the tour page, under the tour title, click on your guide (guru) name, which will take you to the page of the guide (guru) under the picture on your right, click on "Contact with ..." to send a message to the guide.
*Please note that in order to send messages through the GuruWalk platform, you must have an account.
OPTION 2: IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A BOOKING
If you have a booking, you can contact your guide from your
GuruWalk booking panel by clicking on the
Contact the Guru button.
