How do I check-in and reflect no shows?

How to check in the tour?
You have a total of 1 hour to check in the event, it is triggered 30 minutes before the event begins and is deactivated after 30 minutes from the start of the event. If you offer an event at 10:00, check-in will be enabled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.

What can I do during this hour?
1.- You can gomarking all walkersattendance andchange the number of attendeesto the tour in cases where not all walkers are presented.
2.- Contact the walker on both the platform, by phone and Whatsapp.
3.- Cancel the reservation.
4. Assign this reservation to a specific guide. (This is more focused on agency profiles that make up several independent guides.)


Notes

Indications formodifyeach reservation from the calendar:

(1)Search for the eventwhere you need to update the attendees (non-shows) or mark everyone as attendees.

2) Click on the reservation of the walker you want to update.

3) Where it says "Attendees of the event" you can change the number to rectify how many Adults and Children were not from that reserve, as well as,If a traveller goes with more assistants than he booked, you can also modify it to indicate that they were more people.

4) Once the number of attendees has been updated, you give the button"Docheck-in"to store. If all the walkers in the reserve have attended, just click on the "Check" button for the green check-in.


After 30 minutes, check-in is no longer active andthe option of being able to evaluate both positively and negatively (FUNCTIONALITY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR PRO PRO PRO PERFILES) as well ascontact him only through the platform.Here's how:




Don't worryif you have to change attendeesbecause,even if the time for check-in has passed you can change themonce the event is overas long as you have not closed itor you are within 48 hours after the start of the tour.When you are sure of non-shows and attendees and you have valued walkers you canclose the event by giving the button"Send attendees and close event".

WarningOnce the event is closed, the attendees will no longer be able to modify or report to walkers.

Important:

- Automatic refund of appropriations:
Just click on "Send attendees and close event" when you've already made adjustments and want to receive your return instantly, without waiting for the 48h deadline to meet since the start of the tour.

- Return after 48h:
You can always modify the attendees without sending them and they will be saved until 48hr from the start of the tour and the system will automatically return the appropriations.

When you request automatic refund of appropriations or the 48hrs deadline from the start of the tour, the button will be disabled as in the example and it will no longer be possible to change the attendees.
