How do I contact walkers?

When a walker books your tour, you’ll receive an email with the booking details. From that moment on, you can get in touch with them in different ways, always within the platform’s terms and conditions.

Warning
The contact information must only be used for the proper organization of the tour. It is mandatory to keep communication professional, and according to Data Protection Law, you are not allowed to contact walkers through other channels once the tour has ended.

Individual contact with each walker

To reach out to a specific walker, go to your calendar, open the event, and select the corresponding booking. The available ways to contact the walker depend on whether the tour has already taken place or not.

If the event has already finished, you’ll only be able to message the walker through the platform by clicking "Contact via GuruWalk".

Contact with all walkers of the event

In addition to the automatic messages that are sent by default, you can also send a broadcast message to all the walkers of the same event at once.

To do this, go to your calendar, open the event, and click on “Send broadcast message” (or “Broadcast”, depending on the version you are using).
