How do I get in touch with the travelers?
When travelers make a booking, you will receive the contact’s phone number with the reservation details if they have filled out this information or you can also get in touch through the platform.
This contact information is given for the correct development of the tour, and the communication must comply with the terms and conditions of the platform, always maintaining a professional communication.
To see the booking data you can go to "Your upcoming events" and click on "Manage event".
You will see the confirmed bookings for the event with the details of each traveler.
