How do I check-in and reflect no shows?
You have 1 hour in total to check in the event. It is activated 30 minutes before it starts and deactivated after 30 minutes from its inception.
For example, if you offer an event at 10:00, check-in will be enabled from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. What can I do during check-in time?
1.- You can mark all walkers attendance andchange the number of attendees, if not all are submitted.
2.- Contact the walker, both by the platform and by phone or Whatsapp.
3.- Cancel the reservation.
4.- Assign this reservation to a specific guide (functionality focused on agency profiles or groups of independent guides in the same account).
How do I change a reservation from the calendar?
1.- Look for the event.
2.- Select the reservation of the walker you want to modify.
3.- In "Event Attendees", you can update the number of participants in each reserve (both if they attended less, or if they attended more).
4.- Click on "Check-in" to confirm
If all the walkers in the reserve have attended, just click on the "Check" button for the green check-in.
What happens when check-in time has passed?
1.- You will no longer be able to mark attendees. Those who have remained unmarked will be considered as "show" once you close the event or 48 hours after its start.
2.- You can continue to mark no-show.
3.- You can evaluate the walker, both positively and negatively (For PRO profiles only).
4.- You can only contact the walker on the platform.
IMPORTANT: You can continue to change the number of attendees or mark no shows after the event is over, as long as you have not closed it or you are within 48 hours after the start of the tour.
Once the number of participants, no-shows and walker ratings have been well reviewed, you can close the event. If you do not, the event will be automatically closed after 48 hours since it began.
Once the event is closed, the attendees will no longer be able to modify or report to walkers. The button will be disabled.
When are no-show credits returned?
You have 2 options:
1.- Immediately
Click on "Send attendees and close event". Remember that then you cannot make changes.
2.- Automatic return (after 48 hours since the tour started):
If you don't want to close the event because you want to make last-minute attendance changes, you can wait up to 48h. After this time, the event will be closed automatically and then the non-show appropriations will be refunded to you.
