How do I mark the no-shows?

How do I mark the no-shows?

You have 72 hours to tell us the no shows of the reservations of a past event.

Once the tour has started, you could modify each booking from the calendar.

1) Find the event where you need to update the attendees (no-shows).

2) Click on the walker booking you want to update.

3) Where it says "Event Attendees" you can modify the number to rectify how many Adults and Children were not in that booking, as well, If a traveller goes as more assistants than booked, you can also modify it to indicate that there were more people.

4) Once you have updated the number of attendees has been updated and you are sure it was all right, you can give the button"Send attendees and close event".

Important Change:

-Automatic return of critics: You only need to click on "Send and update attendees" when you have already made the changes to step 3 and you want to receive your return time.

-Return after 72 hours: You can always modify attendees without sending them and they would be saved until 72 hours and the system are automatically returned.

At the time you request automatic return of loans or the 72 hours deadline is met, it would appear."closed event", and it would no longer be possible to change the attendees of the event.
