How is my tour valuation calculated?
The rating of your tour is calculated by averaging the last 100 reviews in the tour’s language. If your tour has fewer than 100 reviews, the average will be based on the total number of reviews received. As for your overall guide rating, if you have more than one tour, it will be calculated as the average of all your reviews combined.
The rating will be displayed on the city page as well as on the tour’s individual page.
Keep in mind that only the overall review score is visible to walkers and is the only one that affects your tour rating. The average scores for each category (professionalism, quality, fun, communication, and route) are visible on the tour card, but comments are available only to you, as a tool to help you improve your tour.
