How to book a tour on GuruWalk
Booking a tour on GuruWalk is a quick and easy process. Follow these steps to ensure you secure your spot on the tour of your choice!
1. Find the tour that interests you the most
You can explore our platform at www.guruwalk.com
and use the search function to find tours in the city you wish to visit. You can filter the results by language, date, time, type of tour, and other criteria.
2. Select the date and language
Once you have found a tour that interests you, go to its page and choose:
- The date on which you want to take the tour.
- The time and language in which you want to do it.
If a tour does not show availability for a specific date, it may be because the guide has not yet opened availability for that day or the tour is fully booked.
3. Indicate the number of participants
Select how many people will be attending the tour with you. Some tours may have a maximum number of participants per booking.
4. Enter your contact details
To confirm your booking, you will need to provide your details, such as your name, email address, or phone number. This allows us to send you the booking confirmation and any updates regarding the tour.
If you have previously booked a tour through GuruWalk, we recommend signing in so that your details are automatically filled in.
5. Confirm your booking
Click on Accept and book now, and you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of the tour, including the meeting point and information about the guide.
You can also find all this information in your GuruWalk account under the Bookings section.
What happens after booking?
- Check your email: Make sure you receive the confirmation in your inbox (and check your spam folder if you don’t see it). If this is your first time booking with us, remember to verify your email to access your bookings.
- Stay updated: Sometimes, the guide may send you additional information or last-minute changes. We recommend downloading the GuruWalk App so you can easily contact the guide or check your booking details.
- Arrive on time at the meeting point: To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
