How do I book a tour on GuruWalk?
At GuruWalk, booking a tour is quick and easy. Just follow these steps to secure your spot on the tour of your choice!
Start by visiting our platform at www.guruwalk.com and use the search bar to find tours in the city you want to explore.
1) Select the city you wish to visit
2) Select how many people (walkers) will be attending
3) Select the date or date range for your tour.
*If a tour doesn’t show availability for a specific date, the guide (guru) may not have opened availability for that day yet or it may be fully booked.
4) You will see all available tours:
5) After selecting the date and language, click “Book now”
6) Enter and confirm the number of participants
*Some tours may have a maximum number of participants (walkers) per reservation, while others may indicate that booking for more than 6 people (walkers) requires acceptance of a payment commitment.
7) Complete your contact details.
To confirm your booking, you’ll need to provide your information, such as your name, email address, or phone number. This allows us to send you your booking confirmation and any updates about the tour. If you’ve booked a tour with GuruWalk before, we recommend logging in so your details are pre-filled.
8) Confirm your booking.
Click “Accept and Book Now,” and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the tour details, including the meeting point and your guide’s information. You can also find this information in your GuruWalk account under “Bookings.”

What happens after booking?
- Check your email: Make sure you receive the confirmation in your inbox (and check your spam folder if you don’t see it). If this is your first time booking with us, remember to verify your email to access your bookings.
- Stay updated: Sometimes, the guide (guru) may send you additional information or last-minute changes. We recommend downloading the GuruWalk App so you can easily contact the guide (guru) or check your booking details.
- Arrive on time at the meeting point: To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
