How to edit the translations of my tour and my profile?

By default, your profile and your tours are automatically translated into the languages of our website, which are Spanish, English, Italian and German.

We do it this way to give more visibility to your tour and profile. The tour will be visible to all travelers browsing the web in all languages. If it had not been translated, it would not appear, and you could lose the opportunity to receive bookings.

Tour translations

You have to go to the tour that interests you and edit it.

In the first section "Basic data", you will find at the end "Automatic translations".

Some may have been activated and some have not. If you do not want to customize the translation, we advise you to activate them.

You can only activate 3 of the 4 languages. It’s normal as one of the languages has the original text of the tour.

For example, we'll activate the automatic translations in German and Italian.

It means that you will no longer be able to modify these texts in these languages until you deactivate this option, and that is why the Italian and German language flag no longer appears in the "title" and "description" edit sections.

If you disable automatic translations, the flags of these languages will appear to modify the description and title of the tour.

Profile translations

You have to go edit your profile.

Then in the first section "Profile info", you just have to go down until you find the "about you" part. You will see that at the bottom there is an “auto-translate” box. It works in the same way as the automatic translation of the tour: if you select the automatic translation, you will no longer be able to modify the content of the "about you" section in the chosen language.

As in the previous case, you can only auto-translate 3 of the 4 texts, as one is your original text.
