By default, travelers can book until the very last second before the tour starts. This can cause problems if you don’t see the booking in time and don’t show up at the meeting point.
To avoid this, you can set a deadline for receiving the first booking. You decide how many hours in advance—anywhere between 1 and 12 hours before the event starts.
The longer the deadline, the lower the risk of missing a booking. But if you set too many hours, you might lose the chance to get last-minute bookings.
Go to the "My Tours" section.
Click "Edit tour" on the tour you want to modify.
In the editing panel, look for the "Availability" section.
Enable "Block events without previous bookings" and choose how many hours in advance events without bookings will be blocked.
Click "Save" to apply the changes.
Important: If you’ve already had at least one booking (even if it was later canceled), the event will remain open until the last minute. In that case, if you don’t want more bookings, you’ll need to block it manually.
