I can't find or haven't received my booking confirmation email
We always send you a confirmation email when you book with GuruWalk. If you haven't received it, it may have ended up in your "spam" folder or the email you provided when creating your account is not correct.

contact us via mail to
support@guruwalk.com specifying th
e date, time, city and name of the tour you booked so that we can locate the booking in our system and help you amend the email.
☝️ If you have lost/deleted the email we cannot resend you the confirmation email, but you can
contact us via mail to
support@guruwalk.com to send you your booking details. Remember that you can always access your booking details in your
booking panel!
