I want to cancel my booking

Follow these steps if you are not able to attend the tour you have booked and/or if you want to book a different tour at the same time.
In case you want to change date, language, number of participants of the same tour, click HERE

In order to proceed with the cancellation, log-in to your GuruWalk account, and look for the booking you want to cancel among your Upcoming Bookings. Then, click on "Cancel Booking".


After that, select the reason for your cancellation, and then click again on "Cancel my booking".



You can also cancel your booking from the confirmation email you received when you initially made your booking. Just click on "Cancel booking":


After completing the process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, and you will find this booking among your Cancelled Bookings.
