Is Your Link Not Working?
If your affiliate link is not working as expected, don’t worry, there are several checks you can make to resolve the issue. Below you’ll find the key steps to ensure everything is set up correctly.
Verify the link. Make sure you’re using the unique link provided when you joined the Affiliate Program. Copy-and-paste errors can shorten or alter the link. Check that it’s complete and correct.
Check how you added the link. If you shared the link on social media, your website or blog, confirm it was copied and pasted correctly. Ensure there are no extra spaces or typos that could prevent it from working.
Review your Affiliate Dashboard. In your dashboard you can see your accrued balance, total earnings and uninvoiced balance. If your link isn’t working properly, bookings may not be tracked correctly. In the “Latest bookings” section you can review confirmed, pending and paid bookings, which will help you verify that everything is in order.
