Where can you see your reviews on GuruWalk?

On GuruWalk, you have all the information about your reviews in one place so you can easily keep improving your tours.

How to access your reviews:

From the website: Go to your Guru profile and click on the “Reviews” tab.
From the app: Open the menu and select “Reviews” to see all your ratings.

What can you see or do from this section?

• See which tour each review belongs to, including date, time, and language

• Read the full text of the review

• View the overall star rating

• Check detailed ratings for each aspect (professionalism, route, etc.)

• Reply to reviews

Will I be notified by email when I receive a new review?

No, to avoid overwhelming you with emails, we no longer send review notifications by email.

How do I know if I have new reviews?

You’ll see a red dot over “Reviews,” similar to message notifications, so you know when you have unread reviews.

Can I reply to reviews?

Absolutely! From this section, you can reply quickly. Responding to walkers builds trust and can help you get more bookings.

What about the notes that appear in some ratings?

They are comments that walkers leave when rating aspects like professionalism or the route. These notes will help you improve and always offer excellent tours.

How long does it take for my reviews to appear?

It depends. It can take up to 48 hours. If you review the tour attendees from your calendar, close the event, and send the data to the platform, it can help speed up the processing and display of your reviews.

Are all my reviews shown?

GuruWalk uses Artificial Intelligence systems to detect fraudulent reviews. These reviews are not displayed.

The main goal of this measure is to prevent harmful reviews from being published about gurus, as well as to avoid unfair competition through fake positive reviews.
