A dedicated section for reviews, just like the calendar and dashboard, where you can see all the ratings you've received, with the option to filter by tour if you have more than one.

You will be able to view all the information related to the review in one place (the tour it belongs to, date, time, and language), read the review text, see the overall star rating for the tour, and access the breakdown of that specific rating.

This last part, which will appear shaded in gray, is exclusive and private information for the Guru, and is not public.

They are sorted by the event date, not by the date the review was left. This way, all reviews for the same event appear together, regardless of when the walker left the review.​
  1. Will I be notified by email when I receive new reviews?

No. In order to reduce the number of emails you receive daily, we will no longer notify you through this channel.

  1. How do I know if I've received new reviews?
To know if you have new reviews, we will show you a red notification, just like with messages, when you have unread reviews.
  1. Can I reply to the review from here?
Yes, you can quickly respond to a review from this section. It gives walkers confidence when choosing a tour to see that the Guru takes time to respond to reviews, so we encourage you to do so 😉.
  1. What does "not rated" mean in the breakdown of reservations?
It simply means that the walker chose not to rate that aspect and left it blank.
  1. What are the notes that appear in some of the detailed ratings?
When rating professionalism, the tour route, the quality of the information, etc., the walker may leave recommendations on specific things they think can be improved. This helps to continually improve the quality of the tour and always offer excellent service.
