The guide doesn't answer me, what should I do?

Are there still a few days to go before your tour takes place?
In this case, we ask for a little patience, we are sure you will hear back soon! Please note that guides usually respond to these messages within 24-48 hours prior to the tour.

Is your tour pending confirmation?
Tours that are not marked on GuruWalk with the PRO label require final confirmation because the guide is waiting for a minimum number of bookings, so it may take some time to confirm. The reason is that most bookings come in within the last 48 hours. Therefore, if you need urgent confirmation, we encourage you to cancel this one and make another booking on one of those listed as PRO on our website.

Do you need more information about the tour?
You can check the booking page of the tour, where the guide gives many important and interesting details to take into account such as whether or not they accept groups, the start and end point of the route, the points of interest to be visited, etc.

You are at the meeting point and you don't get an answer?
In case you have arrived a little late at the meeting point and you don't get an answer, keep in mind that the guide might not be checking your messages because they are doing their tour for the rest of the participants, we encourage you to look for another tour!
