  2. Registration with the Chamber of Commerce (KVK):

    • Freelancers, referred to as ZZPers (zelfstandige zonder personeel), must register their businesses as sole proprietorships or private limited companies.

  3. Business Name:

    • Select and register a unique business name for your freelancing entity.


Steps to Register as a Freelancer in the Netherlands

    • Fill out the eenmanszaak form (available in Dutch and English) on the KVK website.

  2. Visit the KVK Office:
