How am I notified when I receive a booking?

When a traveler books your tour, you will receive an email with the reservation information and the traveler's phone number. If you don't see the email, take a good look at your spam folder.

You will also receive a notification at the time your tour is booked through the GuruWalk app, remember to download it if you haven't already done so, to have full control of your tour.

👩‍🏫 A tip for our new gurus is to book your tour and review the entire process as a traveler and guide so that you are clear about how the communication functions and if everything is working well and you are receiving our messages correctly.
