How am I notified if I receive a booking?
When a traveler books your tour, you’ll receive an email with the booking details and their phone number.
If the traveler modifies or cancels their booking, you’ll also be notified by email. If you don’t see the booking confirmation email, make sure to check your spam folder.
In the GuruWalk App, you can also check the status of your events and bookings at any time from your calendar.
From your calendar, you can view your bookings, communicate with travelers, or cancel events when there's no other option
The traveler also receives their own booking confirmation for your tour. This includes information about the meeting point and any other details you’ve provided to help them recognize you more easily.
In their booking, the traveler also receives a QR code that you can scan when you meet at the meeting point.
By scanning their QR, you’ll be able to check them in.

You can also mark attendance by going to your calendar, finding the booking, and clicking on the booking box.
If the traveler didn’t show up, simply change the number of people in the booking to 0. A red cross will appear next to their booking.
