Do you have questions about how to do something on GuruWalk?
In this video series, we guide you step by step on how to manage your profile, mark attendees, manage your calendar, and much more.
This playlist is designed to answer very specific questions in just a few minutes.
In this video, we’ll show you how to do the check-in, or how to mark attendees and no-shows in your event once the check-in time has passed and the check-in button is no longer available.
In this video, you’ll learn how to block date ranges so that you don’t receive bookings during those periods.
You also have the option to block specific events (there’s a dedicated video in this playlist where we explain how to do that).
In this case, we’re blocking full date ranges.
From the tour editing settings, go to Availability > Block date range.
You can do it for all languages of the tour at once, or just for one language if you want to block different ranges for each.
You have two options:
From the tour editing settings, under “Availability” > “Block events individually”
From the calendar, by clicking on the event you want to block
Within the tour editing process, under “Languages and schedules,” you can create automatic messages for each of the languages you’ve set up.
⚠️ Important:
Automatic messages are not auto-translated. If you’ve created multiple languages, you’ll need to set up the messages for each one separately.
