It is not necessary to close your tour if you only want to block a few dates, in this article we explain how it is possible to only block certain events.

If at the moment you cannot do your tour, and you must close your tour for the moment, follow these steps:

  1. Check that you do not have any active reservations *
  2. If you don't have any, go to"My tours" and click on "Edit" of the one you want to close
  3. At the end of "Basic data" look for "Tour status"
  4. Deselect opened and "Save"

If you do not want the tour to appear in any search, get in touch so that we can eliminate it completely, so it is no longer visible on the platform.

ðŸ›Ž* If there are active bookings, and you see that it is possible to transfer them to another tour in the city, it is important that you contact us in order to do so before closing your tour.
