How to create/update a new schedule for my tour?

To create new schedules or modify existing ones, you need to go to the "Languages and schedules" section within your tour’s editing settings.

How to access it?

  • Click on “My Tours”

  • Find the tour you want to edit and click “Edit”

  • Go to “Languages and schedules”

From this section, you can create new schedules, modify existing ones, and set up your 3 automatic messages in all the languages in which you offer the tour.

Add or modify schedules

Add language:
If you haven’t created any schedules yet, you’ll need to add the language first. 💡 If you can’t find the language, contact us to have it added. You can also remove the language from this menu.

● Add schedule:
You can create a schedule for the whole year, for several months, for specific date ranges, or even for individual days.

Types of schedules

Year-round

For a schedule that doesn’t change throughout the year:

  1. Select “All year”

  2. Mark the days of the week

  3. Add a time. You can add another time by clicking “Add time” again

  4. Customize the name of your schedule by clicking the pencil icon and changing the text in the “Schedule name” field

Example

  • Title customized via the pencil icon: Year-round schedule

  • All year

  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at 14:00 and 16:00

Specific months

Perfect if your availability changes depending on the season (e.g., summer/winter):

  1. Select “Specific months”

  2. Mark the months when it will be active

  3. Choose the days of the week

  4. Add a time. You can add more times from here as well

  5. Customize the name of your schedule as in the previous case

Example

  • Low season schedule

    • Title customized: Low season

    • Months: October to March

    • Days: Wednesday and Thursday at 14:00 + Friday and Saturday at 14:00 and 16:00

  • High season schedule

    • Title customized: High season

    • Months: April to September

    • All days at 14:00 + Thursday to Sunday also at 16:00 (meaning Thursday to Sunday will have 2 times: 14:00 and 16:00)

Date range

For specific dates like holidays, events, or special campaigns:

  1. Select “Date range”

  2. Choose the date range

  3. Select the days of the week

  4. Add the desired times

Example

  • Title customized: Summer campaign

  • Date range: August 1 to August 15

  • Days: Tuesday to Saturday

  • Times: 9:00, 17:00, and 21:00

Specific days

For occasional days:

  1. Select “Specific days”

  2. Choose the date

  3. Add the times

Example

  • Title customized: National Day

  • November 16

  • Times: 10:00 and 21:00
