New!⭐ A schedule for specific days for one month (with calendar view)

You can open availability on specific days with the full month view. This is very useful if you do not offer continuous availability or it is the same throughout every week. To remove availability (block dates) just uncheck the day you had enabled (marked blue).

Example:

In December you can only offer the tour on 2, 7, 11, 21 and 26 at 11:00. On 3, 13 and 18 you offer it at 16:30 p.m.

Morning hours

Afternoon hours

Summary how it is viewed

Case 1: an annual schedule

If you want to define a schedule that will not change according to the season, it is easiest to give it this name and choose the year-round option, select the days of the week you will take it and the start times of the tour.

Example: In this case, we have taken a tour on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 14:00.

If you then want to tour on Saturday at 16.00, you will have to add another schedule, which we will call "Annual schedule 16h" or "annual weekend schedule". Ethc.

Case 2: One schedule per season (specific months)

Instead of creating an annual schedule, you can already create several schedules according to the different months of the year, taking into account seasons such as summer and winter.

How to create it:You just have to choose"specific months"to do this type of programme for "months" andselectthe months you're going to do so. By default every month they are selected, as you can see in the picture.

Example:

  • November to March:Tours on Wednesdays and Thursdays at 14h and Fridays at 14h and 16h.
  • April to October:Tours every day of the week at 14h and from Thursday to Sunday at 14h and 16h.

A total of 4 schedules will be required:

  • November to March:Wednesday and Thursday at 14h and another time on Friday and Saturday at 14h and 16 p.m.
  • April to October:Schedule all week at 14h (See picture) and another schedule from Thursday to Sunday at 4 p.m.

Case 3: a schedule for a specific day or range of dates

You will be able to open availability one extra day(s), in addition to your normal time, if a special date such as Halloween comes, or a holiday in your city, selected the opinion of "dates"

Example:

  • Context:We are in thesummer time of case 2and there is a large celebration in your city on Saturday 15, Sunday 16 and Monday 17 June. I want to have tours 3 times a day, at 10h30, 14h and 16h.
  • Schedule:I just need to add a schedule for "range of dates from 15 to 17 June" select "Saturday, Sunday and Monday" on Days of the weekand add at 10:30 and 16 hours for these specific 3 days.

How to do this:Simply add a timetable for "dates range" from 15 to 17 June", to select Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday on "Days of the Week", and add 10:30 and 16 hours for these specific days.
