How can I contact all walkers in one event at once?
If you have the automatic welcome, reminder and thank you messages are sent privately to each walker who makes a reservation on the tour, these messages do not appear in your inbox even if you are sent. If you don't have them set up yet, we leave you here explained how to do it 😉.
But what if I want to send a generic message to the whole group and avoid doing it one by one?
We know that there can be situations or circumstances where you need to communicate with all reservations at once and sometimes even quickly, such as to warn of a problem with public transport, to indicate the weather forecasting point, recommendations to reach. city recommendations in general etc.
In order to do so you have the option with a button enabled at the reservation event, here we show you where you are directly accessing the event from the calendar.
This button is always enabled, since the event is created (when you have the first reservation) and even when the event has already ended, allowing you to send them recommendations from places to eat, places to visit etc. 😊
