❌NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS: PITFALLS TO AVOID ❌

The success of your tour depends 100% on the quality of the experience you provide to the tourists 🌟
For an effective collaboration, it's crucial to prioritize their satisfaction 🤓

A tour with very low quality may not survive very long on the platform 🥲.
There are two things that affect the quality of your tour the most, and that can actually compromise your stay on GuruWalk: NO-SHOWS and RECURRENT CANCELLATIONS.

HOW TO AVOID THEM?
ARRANGE YOUR CALENDAR EFFICIENTLY: 📆

  1. Check carefully the dates you set for your bookings. If you have some other commitments, make sure they do not interfere with your scheduled tours on GuruWalk.
  2. If some crucial commitment turns up for a day or time that overlaps with existing bookings, and it's imperative not to miss it, consider rescheduling those bookings before cancelling them (if walkers are available). Click HERE to discover how to reschedule an event.
  3. In case of an unforeseen emergency (as we understand they can occur), please endeavor, if feasible, to arrange for another guide to provide the tour, ensuring the event proceeds smoothly and the participants are content.

PLEASE NOTE that we will be examining the reasons for cancellations. Should we identify any misuse, this may result in the termination of the tour.

IMPACTS OF FREQUENT NO-SHOWS:
  1. Upon the first instance of a no-show, a notice will be sent to you
  2. Upon the second detected no-show, your tour will be suspended
➡️PLEASE NOTE that if you cancel a booking / event by simply texting the walkers but do not cancel through the system, that will be considered a NO-SHOW 👀

IMPACTS OF FREQUENT CANCELLATIONS:

  1. If a high rate of cancelled bookings is detected, the following warning will be displayed on your tour:

  1. If your cancellation rate continues to be too high, your tour will be suspended
