The guide changed my booking details (time, meeting point, date...).

The Meeting Point has been modified 📍

If your guide has informed you by a private message of a different meeting point to the one you received in your confirmation email, please follow his/her instructions, as he/she must have changed the meeting point due to an activity or event happening in the city.

As this is a one-off change, it will not be reflected in the automatic reminder email sent by our system and we are sorry if this has caused you any confusion. 😟
 
Date/time change 📆

If you have received a message with a change of time/date of your booking and you are unable to attend at that time, we are very sorry for the inconvenience of this exceptional change. If you are unable to attend in any way, we ask you to please cancel your booking.

🌞 Modifications in the date/time of your tour may occur due to seasonal changes, adapting to the daylight hours in different cities.

You can always rebook another tour with us that fits your initial itinerary. 😊
