Tour Assistance

It takes into account the number of final attendees in relation to the initial bookings. In order to  improve your score you should bear in mind the following:
  1. Prior communication with walkers: you can access your walker's contact details directly on the calendar (Whatsapp and telephone number) although we have developed an automatic messages tool to help you reduce your workload. It would be great if you could set up these two messages:
    1. Welcome message: It is sent to the walker once they make a booking.
    2. Reminder message: It is sent 12 hours before the tour starts.
  1. Meeting points should be accessible and easy to locate: Remember to keep it updated at all times. It is important to wear/carry something noticeable so walkers can quickly identify you or not be confused with the guru. For example, a yellow umbrella, a colored t-shirt... Also, remember to specify restaurants, shops or monuments that are at the meeting point itself.
Don't forget to let the walkers know if there are going to be changes in the meeting point or difficulties in getting there due to other causes such as demonstrations, works, strikes, etc... They will appreciate it!
  1. Reschedule your bookings: If a specific problem has arisen, remember that you can modify the entire date/time event and thus try to retain the largest number of reservations.
The algorithm will be measuring all the factors constantly so that it is always as up-to-date as possible. Also, as we know that each profile and destination is different, do not hesitate to write to your Account Manager or to the email of gurus@guruwalk.com
