How to Track your Commissions?

Access Your Affiliate Dashboard

From your Affiliate Dashboard, you can clearly see your performance. In the initial summary you’ll find:
  • Accrued balance this month: the total you have generated so far this month.
  • Uninvoiced balance: the amount that has not yet been invoiced.
  • Travellers awaiting the tour: the number of people who have booked but not yet attended.
  • Total earnings: the total of your commissions since you started promoting tours.

How to Review Your Latest Bookings

In the “Latest Bookings” section, you can filter by city or campaign to view confirmed and pending bookings, as well as payments. The details shown for each booking include:
  • Tour: the name of the tour booked.
  • City: the city where the booking was made.
  • Date: the date and time of the booking.
  • Adult bookings: the number of adults who booked the tour.
  • Adult attendees: the number of adults who ultimately attended.
  • Language: the language of the tour.
  • Campaign: whether the booking is linked to a specific campaign you created.

Additional Booking Details

You can also review pending bookings and payments associated with previous months. The dashboard provides a full breakdown of the activity generated by your links, helping you track your results more effectively.

Commission Payouts

Commissions are paid monthly. Once you reach the minimum threshold, you will see a summary of upcoming payouts. If you have any questions about the process, check the details in your dashboard to ensure all information is correct and up to date.
