From the moment you receive each booking, you have the travelers’ details, but you won’t be able to register their attendance until the day (and close to the time) of the tour.

Why register attendees?

  • Keep an accurate record of your attendance metrics

  • Avoid penalties (or your tour being closed)

  • Prevent incorrect charges (PRO accounts)

How to register attendees?

  • You have 48 hours to do so from the moment the tour starts

  • To register or modify attendees, go to:
    Calendar > Specific event > Selection (All, some, none)
