The provider panel — everything you need to manage your GuruWalk account.
Find the main features on the left side if you’re using a computer, or at the bottom if you’re using the app.
Tours
Access all your tours and check their status (published, draft, under review, etc.).
If you have a draft tour, you can continue editing it anytime using the “Continue draft” button at the top right.
If you have a published tour, you can:
View your tour as a walker would see it.
Edit it to modify any section: title, description, itinerary points, etc.
Create, edit, or delete your tour schedules. See how
Keep in mind that if you’re on the Hobby plan, you can only create 1 tour and 2 schedules per day.
Guides
Here you can see your collaborator guides and invite new ones to access the tours you assign them. If you’d like to learn more about this feature, you can find more information here.
Bookings
Check all your bookings here — upcoming, past, or canceled.
However, the best way to stay up to date on your upcoming events is through the calendar.
To make sure you don’t miss anything, check your calendar frequently.
Calendar
The best place to handle most of your main account tasks:
View events with bookings.
Review booking details.
Communicate with travelers.
Record attendance (and no-shows) to keep your tour metrics accurate and avoid penalties.
Rate travelers after each tour.
Modify an event’s date and/or time.
Block events if you don’t want to receive bookings.
Cancel events when absolutely necessary, selecting the correct cancellation reason.
Create a one-time event.
Reviews
Access all your reviews here and filter them (by tour, language, rating, and guide who led the tour — if applicable).
Messages
From this section, you can access all messages exchanged with travelers.
If you want to contact a specific traveler, the best way to find them is through the calendar — go to the specific event and click on the booking.
Profile
Access your personal information here. You can edit:
Profile details (name, last name, phone, etc.).
Email addresses.
Guide license (if applicable in your destination).
Password.
Notifications.
Credits, payments, billing information (only relevant for PRO accounts).
